If you have shared training needs, you could form a "Training Network" and together apply for a training grant of between €20k-€35k to subsidise the cost of addressing those needs.

Training Links is an innovative network-led grant programme developed by The Wheel to address the shared training needs of community, voluntary and charity organisations.

Organisations are encouraged to form networks based on their shared training needs. The Training Links Programme endeavours to offer significant cost efficiencies and other collective benefits to participating organisations.

Twenty-two Training Links Networks were established during the first two rounds of the Training Links Programme (2006-2007) and 2008-2010). To date the programme has benefited more than 650 organisations and 6,500 participants.
