The historical and imposing site of Lifford's Old Courthouse, has long since stopped passing judgement on those occupying its holding cells. Instead of serving porridge the Courthouse is now serving a plethora of tasty dishes to all who enter its spacious Courthouse Bistro in the centre of the town. Operated by Lifford Associataion for Tourism Commerce and Heritage Ltd., the company not only provide employment but bring this once dilapiated building, back to life with a community impact.

Open from Monday - Friday (9.30am - 2.30pm.) the Bistro serves breakfast to 11.30am with its homemade scone a speciality. Lunch is served from 12 - 2.30 pm and at this stage, we can suggest everything on the menu, with a range of starters, snacks and their daily specials. from €5.50
