Making an application

Our lending team welcomes the opportunity to discuss your business proposal informally and answer any questions you might have about applying for social finance from UCIT.

The UCIT lending process is simple and straightforward:

• Following an initial discussion regarding your proposal, we will forward an application form. Alternatively, an application form can be downloaded from the website. Please see the link below.
• Once we receive your completed application, a member of our lending team will contact you to arrange a site visit in order to further develop your proposal.
• Upon completion, your business proposal is then submitted to UCIT's Lending and Investment Committee for approval.
