Jonathan is responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the staff across a number of functions. Before joining UCIT, he was a management consultant with Venture International providing management consultancy services to community organisations and social enterprises.

Prior to that he worked in the West Belfast Development Trust, managing a programme, which delivered advice and financial support to assist start-up and expanding SMEs, in particular locally owned social enterprises.

Donal Traynor

Donal joined UCIT in 2004 as manager of the NetWORKS Business Support Programme. He is currently responsible for promoting UCIT(Irl) and managing the loan portfolio in the Republic. His earlier work included managing a number of Social Enterprises in Cavan.

Donal has an Honours Degree in Economics & Geography, and a Postgraduate in Tourism & Business Studies. In 2009 he completed an MBS in Co-operative & Social Enterprise with UCC.
